The phone was in mint condition as advertised. Sale was quick and shipping was expedited the same day. The phone arrived and was complete with new cords, earbuds. Very pleased with the entire process. I will use this company in the future.

I received my phone just days after I ordered it. That was fast. Packaging was also good. However, I did not get the phone I ordered. I emailed both the company which sold me the phone and Swappa. I received emails back from both entities within an hour or two. I had no problems getting a return postage paid label from seller company. I returned incorrect phone an got my Note 3 real fast, two day priority. So far the phone seems to be functioning without issue. And, it is indeed in mint condition. Needless to say my teenage daughter is happy now.
