While the phone appeared to be in good working order (defined as mint) the screen unexpectedly stopped working in less than a month. The phone suffered no damaged, was not dropped, or exposed to water.

The seller replaced the phone promptly and I would happily deal with Steve again.

Edit/Update (1/16/2017): After a few months, the phone is now not functioning. Many problems were occurring, including signal & battery issues. After taking the phone into an Apple Store, we found out that this was a refurbished phone with aftermarket parts & screen. Totally feel like we got ripped off on this... never would have paid the amount we did if we had known what we were buying. Do not recommend purchasing from this seller.

Phone advertised as new in box but had horrible burn in on screen. Headphones were broken.

Charger and earphones included with phone aren't the ones that are sold with the phone. That isn't clear in the listing; the earphones are awful (knock off Samsung look-alikes) and don't work properly while the charger (which isn't a quick charger) takes HOURS to charge the phone. I wouldn't of bought this phone for this amount if I knew I'd have to spend more to get the proper functionality from it.
