I ordered the Samsung Galaxy model SM-G973U1 from the seller, but the model sent was the SM-G973U (not the factory unlocked version). When received the outside of the phone was in mint condition as listed but it turned out the camera's software was damaged and it did not function. It took weeks with multiple requests to get a full refund. Not a bad seller, just a negative rating b/c the phone sent was not the model listed and they didn't check the camera prior to shipping.
