Ordered phone and upon arrival found it was not compatible with my internet phone service. Upon figuring out situation, phone was returned and We_sell_all refunded the payment purchase to my PayPal account. I hope to do business with We_sell_all in the future. Appreciate the service!

Good phone, works well, as described

Seller described the phone to be model SM-G965U1 (no carrier specific phone). Seller sent a Verizon SM-G965U phone. Not the model described in the ad. Contacted the seller, but the seller did not offer any solution. I expected to receive the model offered for sale. The condition description was spot on, just not so accurate on the model.

The seller was great in their communication and responses. Would buy again if the situation arises knowing that they are trustworthy.
