Phone was advertised as Unlocked, but it was Verizon, and unable to be unlocked, so I had to return it. I did receive the item quickly and my refund was processed quickly. Seller should rethink how to respond to customers with potential typing errors; I mistyped IMEI# by 1 digit and the 1st response to my comment about the phone not working was the fact they wont refund me if numbers dont match. That put me on the defensive. Here I'm annoyed because the phone I've been waiting for wont work and your first response made me feel like a fraud trying to return you a different phone. Maybe ask to double check info first before telling upset customer they may not be refunded. If it wasnt for that, I would've given a better rating.

The seller made good contact with me since the phone I paid for was already sold and gave me an option another phone with pics or my money back I chosed the the phone and glad I did and I'm using my new phone to write this review!

As the seller says, there are noticeable shadows on the screen. I think it's screen burn. The phone looks new, but the shadows bother me a bit, it always reminds me that I'm using a used phone. Other than that, everything is fine.
