Phone received as described. Paid for expedited shipping because I needed a phone but they "forgot" to ship due to a "miscommunication with shipping". Expedited shipping charge was refunded but I was still out of a phone while I waited. If I didn't get Swappa staff to intervene and get the seller to give an update on the shipping status, who knows how long I would have waited for it.
