This was my first time buying a phone that wasn't new, and overall it has been a great experience, so I'm definitely more likely to purchase on Swappa again. The phone was shipped and arrived in a timely manner (in compliance with Swappa guidelines). Box was a little crushed, but the phone was unaffected, and it's nice that the charging cable and a pin to open the SIM slot were included. The seller forgot to include the IMEI serial number on the invoice or paper slip included with the purchase, which caused a little confusion at first how to verify it, but I had no difficulty transferring my phone service to the device, which was in mint condition as advertised. Battery life & charging speed seem to be pretty good, which I had been worried about buying a phone that wasn't brand new. Overall very happy with my mint condition phone!

The iPhone was in Excellent condition as was in the description and it was shipped by second day Air so that was wonderful. I would use swappa again.
Phone received looks new.

Return & Refund Policies
60 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR DEVICE ISSUES:
Customers may return their device within 60 days of receiving it if any issues arise, excluding accidental damage. To be eligible for a return, the device must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of misuse or physical damage caused by the customer.
RESTOCKING FEE FOR CANCELLED ORDERS:
A 7.5% restocking fee will apply to any cancelled orders, including those returned for reasons other than a device issue.
RETURN PROCESS:
• Customers must contact Swappa support within the 60-day window to initiate a return.
• Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to ship the device back.
• Refunds will be processed once the device is received and inspected. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
