I received my galaxy tab s8 in mint condition.
Item was received in great condition and arrived faster than expected

I received the tablet in good condition however the s-pen isn't connecting to the tablet
Good price, fast shipping, but phone was not what I would consider mint as it had several decent scratches on the back. It will be covered by a case but it probably should've been a condition below mint.

Return & Refund Policies
60 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR DEVICE ISSUES:
Customers may return their device within 60 days of receiving it if any issues arise, excluding accidental damage. To be eligible for a return, the device must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of misuse or physical damage caused by the customer.
RESTOCKING FEE FOR CANCELLED ORDERS:
A 7.5% restocking fee will apply to any cancelled orders, including those returned for reasons other than a device issue.
RETURN PROCESS:
• Customers must contact Swappa support within the 60-day window to initiate a return.
• Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to ship the device back.
• Refunds will be processed once the device is received and inspected. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
