The phone arrived in good time but it was listed as "mint" condition and it definitely was not. It had scratches on the screen and showed wear all over the sides and back. It even has a yellow spot in the corner of the screen from some sort of damage. It is functional but not even close to mint, maybe good or even Fair just to be safe.

It said the phone was unlocked and would work with any major carrier. Verizon would not accept this phone to put on for a 4th line. It has been a frustrating situation and I hope to be reimbursed. The phone was never used.

Return & Refund Policies


60 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR DEVICE ISSUES:
Customers may return their device within 60 days of receiving it if any issues arise, excluding accidental damage. To be eligible for a return, the device must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of misuse or physical damage caused by the customer.

RESTOCKING FEE FOR CANCELLED ORDERS:
A 7.5% restocking fee will apply to any cancelled orders, including those returned for reasons other than a device issue.

RETURN PROCESS:
• Customers must contact Swappa support within the 60-day window to initiate a return.
• Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to ship the device back.
• Refunds will be processed once the device is received and inspected. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
