I recently ordered an iPhone 6s Plus from Lightning Solutions. I am pleased with the product. Lightning Solutions was able to reply to several questions I had on the listing in a relatively quick time relative to when I asked. After purchasing the phone, the seller was prompt with mailing it the next day. I received the phone less than 48 hours after ordering, however part of this short time had to do with my close location to Lightning Solutions. The phone was received exactly as described, in very good condition. My only complaint would be that I received an aftermarket charger for my phone instead of a stock one, however it was never noted that I would receive a stock one. Overall Lightning Solutions is reliable and pleasurable to do business with.

Shipping Policies
Express shipping charge is for USPS Express Mail. During Holidays or delayed USPS times of the year, your express package may be converted to use FedEx 2 Day to ensure timely delivery.
99% of orders are shipped the NEXT business day after your order is placed and paid for.
We utilize FedEx and USPS for shipments, depending on value and buyer location.
Return & Refund Policies
**7 DAY RETURN POLICY**
Buyer pays return shipping for unwanted items. Unwanted returns must be shipped with tracking within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are given within 2-3 business days of delivery of the returned device.
If such a return is approved and the device is returned in the same condition as sent, a 10% restocking fee + 4% PAYPAL Retainer fee will be applied to the refund, restocking fee never to exceed $75. Devices $150 and below will be charged at a flat $25 restocking fee.
If a device is returned in altered condition, you maybe denied a refund and the item returned back to you or the deduction from the refund may exceed the above terms as needed and is under the discretion of Lightning Controls LLC and our authorized agents in this situation.
In the unfortunate event a device becomes defective within the 50 day warranty period, we will issue return postage credits up to the current 1lb USPS rate + signature service ($750+) upon a successful return. No additional fees are charged in this situation.
