The laptop I was given has a bad battery that needs to be changed. It will turn on, but it won’t charge at all past 1%.

Made this purchase and was refunded a week later and did not receive the item. Should have went with a different seller I guess.

Very disappointed. Notified Swappa of issue immediately and seller did not do anything to fix the problem. Would not recommend!! Though it originally was a PayPal error the seller did nothing so far to remedy the situation. In fact after reporting the problem and them noticing they hadn’t yet mailed the item they went ahead and sent it anyway several weeks after asking for a refund. Very unprofessional!

First of all, the watch I ordered was as advertised and in great shape. Unfortunately, there was no communication between buyer and seller. Very unprofessional. As a buyer excited to get my product I was very disappointed by the fact the seller took three days to get the item to the post office and then it was at 4:30 pm, according to the USPS, when it was dropped off. Following my new watch travel all around the country, I finally received the item 10 days after I had ordered it. Unacceptable. The whole buying experience with KHEM was one of unimportance almost to say: “we got our money, you can just wait till we get to it”. Maybe KHEM should consider other shipping means next time. Will I buy from them again? What do you think?
