Received phone. Callers are not able to hear me as the phone is broken! DO NOT RECOMMEND. also they do not reply! What a waste of money!

Had issue with phone at first and seller did not reply. I was able to go to sprint and have the issue corrected.

Purchased what the listing said was a T-Mobile iphone. When I received the phone I took it to my local T-Mobile store and was told that the phone would not work on the T-Mobile network. There was also screen burn on the LCD that was not noted in the listing. K- Wireless said that they would refund the full purchase price to my Paypal account when they received the phone back. They received the phone on a Thursday afternoon, I waited until Monday morning and then sent an message to Swappa to let them know I had not received the refund. Shortly there after K-Wireless issued the refund. I don't blame Swappa but am still disappointed in my first experience.

Bright spot (pixel cluster) on display not mentioned in listing. I would expect a display without anomalies for the phone grading and price paid.
