We will ship it via UPS Ground Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. It will be sent within 1 business day and we will upload the tracking number. We have added a few expedited UPS options as well.

Any item purchased by 4 P.M. Eastern on a business day will be shipped the same day. If it is purchased after that time it will be shipped the next business day.

ANY ORDER CANCELATION BEFORE SHIPPING WILL CHARGE 3% PAYPAL FEES, PAYPAL WILL NOT REFUND THEIR FEES AFTER PAYMENT, THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS THE ITEM YOU WANT BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER. ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR will be charged a restocking fee on the item's price and we will NOT refund the shipping charges. The restock fee for returned items is typically 10-30% depending on the return. You will be informed prior to returning the item(s) what restock fee will apply to your order. We accept returns for 30 days following delivery, as long as the item did not arrive in the same condition stated in the listing. For items returned past 30 days, or items returned that clearly match our listing (nothing wrong), there is a minimum 20% restocking fee, and items can only be returned at our discretion upon approval. Please contact us and tell us why you are returning the item and then we will start the return process. We will issue you a prepaid label through UPS for the return, which will state the RMA number. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a full refund to the original payment source within 1-3 days. If you used a credit card on PayPal, the funds may take a few days to show up on your credit card statement. If you used your bank account on PayPal, the funds may be returned to your PayPal balance and await your action. If we do not have the full amount to cover the refund in our account at the time of processing, the funds will be pulled from our bank account and this takes 4-5 days.
