I received the device and it was very clean, thank you. However, I have a few observations: First, the device, charging cable, and charger head were sent without a box or any protective packaging. Second, the battery drains quickly. My advice is to ask how long the battery lasts when charged and to tell the seller to take care of the item and package it well, not just throw it away like that. Thank you.

iPhone was described with regular wear, a very low battery, and new screen. Battery was as described, screen was a cheap replacement and whoever replaced it did a dodgy job, I brought it in to have the battery replaced and the inside of the phone is missing screws and brackets that hold sensors in place, misted photos, and did not get any response from the seller. Horrible customer service, all i expected was a response and I couldn’t even get that. Do not trust the work that is being done on these phone, it seems to be cheap and cut corners. Definitely not just a regular wear phone

RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

• Restocking Fee: Returns for non-defective items, or cases where the buyer chooses not to accept a warranty replacement, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
