My biggest concern was being able to activate the phone with my sub carrier. Jake does have a no return policy but he was willing to work with me because of my concerns. I ordered the phone after hours on a Wednesday he shipped on Thursday afternoon and it was in my hands by Saturday, so I would say very fast shipping! Phone was well packed came in original box and he even included a clear TPU Cover! The phone also has a full warranty (yay! bonus). But the most impressive thing Jake did was after the sale he took the time to go to my carriers website to run the IMEI/MEID to set my mind at ease. I send a lot of my customers to Swappa for phones (I sell service not phones) and I hope to do business with Jake in the future. If you are on the fence, do not hesitate to buy from Jake he is a great seller!
