Came in one piece in a timely manner.

Product had issues. Though i had to do video to prove the problem (a bit extra since it should be the responsibility of the seller to know their product works or not), the seller did provide a refund (minus return shipping cost from me)

I received all the items, but the charger was faulty and the surface had about a 2-hour battery life, which is not what I was expecting. I had to order a new charger myself because the seller takes too long to respond to messages and did not provide me with another charger.
