Device came in mint condition as described. Unfortunately, my customer made a mistake and wanted a Surface Go 2 instead of this Surface 2 Laptop. Jake would not take it for a return even though I reached out the same day I received the unit and explained my customer's error. I prefer to do business with people who have a different business mindset. Again, the device looks great.
