Device was exactly in the condition listed, and it looked the same as it did in photos. Shipping was fast. Seller was great and very easy to work with. Very happy with my product. Works great!

Fast shipping, but there was a discrepancy with the device. It charged from the wall but would not connect to PC. Seller never checked and I never asked to confirm usb to pc worked. Turned out to be a bad battery. Eventually (2 weeks after purchase) reached an agreement and the seller gave me a small refund.
