This seller supposedly sent us a new phone. When we attempted to activate it with Verizon, it took 6 HOURS because this phone was associated with another number and eSIM. This was NOT a new phone, and when the seller was confronted, he still claimed it was. We will never buy from this seller again, and we may even be done with Swappa because this is the second bad experience in a row we’ve had. HORRIBLE seller. DO NOT BUY from him!

The surface pro arrived :) After a factory reset, it runs relatively well and everything! A bit choppy occasionally, but it's SO worth the price.
