The phone was in pristine condition and appears to be functioning properly. The phone could have been shipped a little sooner. It took over two full days for the seller to ship the phone.

This phone was not exactly as described and I had a bitch of a time getting it activated as US CELLULAR stated it was not their phone (it did not have their logo on it anywhere)

I eventually got it activated after sitting on the phone for over an hour.

Shipping speeds were acceptable by swappa standards but I felt them to be a little slow. If I received money at 11am on a friday I would have shipped the item the same day... not 3 days later on Monday.

GREAT TRANSACTION...

LG G4 received in a timely fashion. The pictures/description failed to mention a dent in one corner that prevented the back cover from closing 100%. After a satisfactory discussion, seller offered a partial/full refund. I chose the partial refund of $10 which amounted to the cost of a simple TPU style case that I put the phone in to cover up the damage and hold it together fine.

While I was not happy about the apparent cover up (no photo showed the damage), I am satisfied with the resolution.
