Phone was received in the condition listed. Shipping (seller seemed to print label and then deliver item for shipping several days later) took longer than expected, but was eventually delivered.

I cannot wait for my new,(it's new to me), to finally arrive. It would be wonderful IF it were to occur sooner rather than later, that's for sure, I mean come on I ordered it on November 28th, what's the damn deal?!?! HELP!

several scratches on the screen, I wouldn't have rated the phone as `good` condition but `fair`. Not bad enough to warrant a return, but disappointed none the less.

Although I found a small crack in the phone's flash and a light scratch on the back of what was listed as a Mint condition phone, my overall experience with Swappa has been great.
