Although I found a small crack in the phone's flash and a light scratch on the back of what was listed as a Mint condition phone, my overall experience with Swappa has been great. Phone is in mint, working condition as advertised. It arrived expediently and the seller was responsive and communicative.

Device arrived with iOS 17.6 beta installed and previously setup. Undoing that took a couple hours (it didn't like trying to update from the beta to 18 in the setup screen). Other than that everything was as described. Phone is in good condition and everything works.

Of course, I am not especially thrilled, so far, since the phone was locked with an old PIN - plus the phone will neither turn on, nor charge but once. However, I am sure the seller will make me happy. They were very prompt, in sending the very nice looking phone.
