Phone arrived with what appeared to be brand new charger and cord. Phone was pretty pristine. You could tell there had been a phone case on it, but no scratches or dents. Very pleased!

Once I re-ordered, phone was shipped promptly. Only complaint was some slight damage to the casing that wasn't shown in the photos. Probably an oversight...
