Great seller. Had a software issue with the phone after trying to update, however I was able to rectify it quickly with the seller. Phone is in good cosmetic condition and functions perfectly.

I have been using the phone for a week and now I am unable to hear my calls nor do they hear me. I also cannot turn on speaker phone. I would like to exchange this item as I see this is a known issue with the iPhone 7
