The phone appears to be in good condition, but I wouldn't consider it "mint." There are scuffs on the bottom rear glass of the phone, and chips in the paint around the rear lens. This phone should probably be rated (and priced) lower due to this damage.
Product description was accurate and shipping was quick. I would recommend and purchase again.
