This seller has been the worst seller I have dealt with in online purchase transactions, period. My iPad was damaged when I received it due to their poor packaging. I sent it back to them and I had to "escalate" this issue with paypal. After 33 days PayPal gave me a refund since they were not cooperative on their own in resolving this issue. They simply ignored it. I highly advise that for your own good, DO NOT transact any purchases with this seller. They do not care about the buyer and a great example of the type of seller to ABSOLUTELY AVOID.
