No communication from seller for 3 days after sale. Then seller explained that he was on vacation and could not ship. Did give refund however.
Seller told me he will ship the next day of buying. He shipped the day after the next. Upon receiving the phone there was a yellowish tint on top of display. I then noticed the phone had limit warranty valid. I took it to the apple store 1 hour and 30 minutes away from me. Specialist said the phone failed display test. They took it to get it fixed for free but tech told me it had water damage inside the screen but luckily it didn't bother the liquid indicator. He attempted to replace screen and the phone failed the screen calibration.
Apple tech just gave me a new phone for free for the troubles...
