The phone (Kyocera DuraForce PRO) was exactly as described (mint) and shipped the next business day (ordered on Friday evening, shipped Monday afternoon). Good seller!
The phone arrived promptly and was as described, but we found that the audio volume for calls was too low for my wife to hear comfortably except in very quiet environments, so after trying to remedy the situation in the settings, to no avail, we reluctantly returned it, and received a prompt refund. GreenStream was very professional and considerate, and we wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
