The phone was represented as advertised. The seller had the phone listed as mint and when it arrived it looked brand new. The seller shipped it off within two days of the sale. Took the phone to Verizon to verify everything was in good standing, which it was. Had to wait for Verizon to send me a new sim card. Once I received the sim card everything switched over from my old phone to the new phone flawlessly. I would not hesitate to buy from the seller again. Very satisfied. Thank you.
