GreenStream sold us a defective phone that charged to 100% but lost power extremely quickly and shut off during use. I bought the phone for my elderly father and had it shipped to his home far from where I live. He complained about the problems but I chalked it up to user error because of my father's age. I feel bad for doubting him. When I finally had the chance to visit my parents I checked out the phone and verified that we were sold a defect phone. Unfortunately we were just past the 30 day mark so the seller decided to hide behind the policy and not be a person with intergity. All I wanted was to exchange it for a another phone of equal or lesser value. Beware of the phones this seller sells you.
