I do appreciate all the padding the phone was wrapped in to protect it during shipping. I did receive it dead in need of a charge, it took 20 mins before it even turned on. I would suggested powering down any device you mail to avoid that. I’m very happy with this purchase the seller did everything right and shipped it quick. I would definitely purchase from this seller again in the future.

Phone was as advertised and worked upon receiving it. However the phone quit working after approximately 30 days. Contacted the seller to see if they could work with me on the issue and the only response was it was outside their 14 day return window.
