The phone was NOT a T-Mobile as advertised, it was a Sprint, and I would not have knowingly bought a Sprint phone, unlocked or not. I posted a comment in private messages as instructed by swappa but no one ever commented back or contacted me, so I can’t comment on quality of customer service. The phone ended working ok anyway and was in outstanding condition for a phone graded as “good.” Shipping, instructions and activation all went smoothly. I’m disappointed I didn’t get the exact phone I ordered, but overall this seems like a decent company and I would consider buying from them again.
Great seller
Run from this USER, his products don't work, he will offer low credits, stall for months in issuing a credit and I won't order a damn thing else from Swappa since they haven't curbed and made this USER accountable. It's such a shame that such poor business is promoted and so this will be my last transaction with GreenStream for sure and Swappa for allowing this USER to pray on folx. RUN LIKE HELL!
