The phone arrived on time and works fine except that the charger gives a hard time charging (we've tried 2 so far). I wanted to return it but apparently was outside of the return window.

came as described quality wise. did not come already reset. there were still "sim cards available" on it just not a physical one in it. and apps like the phone still had calls on it. wasn't packaged as padded or sealed as i thought it should be, but everything is fine.
