Great phone and chassis, phone screen is perfect when on, but there are scratches on the screen, so it is not perfect, as advertised. The scratches are two parallel lines a fraction of an inch from the inside of the edge. Price and product are otherwise pretty good. Great and speedy service.

Issue in the beginning with wrong phone being sent out. Was able to contact Swappa and seller to work on getting correct phone. Took time and caused me to be with a working phone for a while ????but finally received the model I needed. Thanks 3.5 out of 5 for me.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
