Phone showing dents on the top and bottom corners, as advertised.
Had issues connecting service with cricket sim card but was able to resolve the issue and the phone is working properly.
Was looking to return this for a different model, the one I got here unfortunately isn't supported my Mint mobile. I've hardly used the phone, could I return it for the A5050G model

item listing showed barely any pictures with the actual damage on the device there was scratches on the frame and some kind if muck on it as well, there was also a lot more screen burn in than shown in the listing. I tried to contact the seller but they had it disabled
No problems so far, the phone seems great, and matched the description well!

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
