Very fast shipping, everything it said it would come with, it does. It does have 2 small scratches on the front glass I can see them if I wave the phone in the light. Not a deal breaker for me. Overall, great price for the phone and happy with my purchase.
Delay due to weather like most other stuff mailed around Christmas during a blizzard ???? Obv beyond the control of the seller so no worries there. Phone in great shape and works perfect.
This phone does not have Wi-Fi Text or Wi-Fi call on the phone. It is impossible to use it on our off-grid property.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
