The item was listed, but was out of stock and backordered. The seller did offer a discount on a Wi-Fi only alternative, which was a nice gesture. I needed the LTE connectivity though, so we canceled the transaction instead.

Perfect condition
Not as described. The phone that arrived has 32 GB of storage and 3 GB of RAM despite the description claiming it would have 64 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM.

Great product and experience
Received wrong iPad originally, but they provided a return shipping label and shipped me the correct version.
Phone was received faster than expected. Listed in mint condition. Had a few tiny scuffs on the edges as if from a prior case protector but overall it works and looks great.
Phone was as advertised, definitely good condition (if not even higher). Arrived promptly, packed and shipped very well. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
