I received the phone today. It arrived early, shipping was beyond expectations.
The phone screen, camera lenses and the back of the phone are pristine, no issues I can discern at all The only visible damage as far as I can see are some small indentations on the outer corners of the phone (silver edge strip) as if the phone was dropped LIGHTLY at some point. There's some microscopic scratching on the silver plastic lining of the camera on the back as well, but that is to be expected because it's raised. All of these issues I had to look closely for, they are not apparent from arms length away. None of it is a big deal - it functions as normal, it's the real deal, great price, I'm a happy customer. Condition was listed as "good" and it exceeded my expectations, especially the condition of the screen. The high quality of this makes me question why anyone would ever buy a new phone when there are options like this available. I am SO HAPPY.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
