Seems legit. The checklist provided by swappa said to ensure the device's IMEI matches the IMEI on the private sale page, but it's not listed anywhere on the sale page. Yolo.

On May 22, I purchased a Galaxy S20 from GM DEALS that was listed as an unlocked phone. The phone failed to activate with an eSIM and when I contacted the seller they claimed that their warehouse sent me a wrong item. They claimed that the phone was “ATT Unlocked” and that ATT could unlock the esim for me. Further, the seller claimed that the phone would be compatible with a regular sim. The seller also stated that they would offer a discount if I wanted to keep the phone, indicating that I had the option to return the phone. Because the seller stated that the phone would be compatible with a regular SIM, I chose not to return the phone and ordered a regular SIM. I also contacted ATT to unlock the phone, wherein I learned that the phone was not “ATT Unlocked” as the seller claimed. The phone was not paid off and ATT would not unlock it. Not surprisingly, the phone failed to activate with a regular SIM. When I contacted the seller again, they refused to refund my purchase.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
