Shipping was much faster than expected. Made it from CA to NC in less than 72 hours at no extra cost. The phone is in perfect condition except for a couple of little things: The camera plate is separating from the back of the device, which I assume is due to the adhesive and excessive heat during shipping, and the inside of the camera glass itself is dirty. Still, though, I give it a solid 10/10 overall.

Overall satisfied with the phone, it says a 1-year warranty as well time will tell if that is worth the computer page it is written on. However I have no reason to doubt them. I've always had good experiences on swapa aside from once. However the 3-day shipping that is advertised is a bit of a stretch unless I am misunderstanding it. Definitely was over 5 days. My phone is in great condition and is exactly as advertised. Thank you would definitely buy again

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
