The phone was just as advertised, mint condition. Much to my surprise, it looked like a phone that had never been used and had just come out of the Samsung box. Very satisfied with my new Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus.

The phone worked fine initially, however, after 2 months it stopped functioning. I took it to a Samsung store and they said the back plate was replaced with a cheap knockoff which over time caused damage to the motherboard causing the phone to stop functioning. I have contacted swappa about receiving a complete refund.
Sale is complete. S20 5G + is exactly as described and shipped/delivered quickly. Very satisfied.

This excludes holidays or weekends because carriers do not pick up parcels on weekends or holidays.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
