First phone that was sent was exactly as described, mint with the factory screen protector still on it. All my stuff transferred over and everything worked until I tried texting without wifi. Phone would not connect to the cell network. Tried a number of times with resets and power cycles with no luck. Even two hours at the Verizon store did not resolve it and they believed it was a phone issue. Contacted the seller and they issued an RMA for return shipping and I asked for a replacement rather than a refund. A couple days after they received the phone I got tracking information for the new one. The phone that arrived was equal in condition to the first one and everything works. I am happy with my purchase and the service I have received. Thanks

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
