It was neutral. The phone arrived in good conditions, no scratches or anything, but what I didn't like it was there was no mention about the device using replacement parts, like screen and back glass, had to find that out for myself, other than that the phone is working great so far. The seller offered me 20$ back for the screen showing a bit of problems but I didn't know if I wanted that offer to change my device for another one that doesn't have replacement parts. The seller somehow completed my sale and I was like meh oh well. Very rapid responses and shipping was quick, it was a very nice experience.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
