Received item in great condition. No visible imperfections are noticed on device. Have turned the device on and it appears to be working well, but haven’t used the device fully yet.
The phone was advertised in mint condition but the first time I used the s-pen it did not work. I am hoping to get a replacement pen since it said the phone was in mint condition.
Product was exactly as advertised. Nearly new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. The glass protecting the cameras fell off a month after I received the phone. This seems to be a Samsung problem and not a Swappa problem

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
