Fedex delayed the shipment but the seller was prompt in responding to us with instructions. We received the phone and it was as promised.
Excellent seller! I got the phone in better condition than expected while also receiving it two days quicker than expected from all the way across the nation! And this during a three day weekend holiday so it should have been at least one day later. Highly recommend this seller.
Fast shipping
Phone arrived in perfect condition. Just as described. The package sat in the original post office, where it was dropped off, for over a week. So while it was slow in arriving, the product was packaged well and as expected. Would recommend seller to others.
Phone was as described.....mint condition. Encountered one problem during activation (which the seller replied to): No IMEI number was on the box or phone. This is absolutely needed to activate the phone. I wasn't in a rush and the seller did respond with the number, but they need to be aware of this in the future. Have bought from them before, and have had an excellent experience.

Delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Overnight Orders Placed past 12 PM will be shipped next business days.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
