Fantastic phone, quick shipping. Phone is exactly as pictured and I'm pleasantly surprised by the estimated battery health. It's a Samsung S20 FE from 2020 (3.5ish years old) and as of receipt it has an estimated battery capacity of 3,998 mAh remaining of the original design capacity of 4,370 mAh. That's only 9% degradation (91% capacity remaining) after 3.5ish years. Super pleased with that because I won't have to do my own battery replacement for probably 2ish more years. Overall a fantastic experience! I highly recommend this seller. Thanks!

We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
