I have had nothing but trouble with this sellers products (in my case a note 20). I got the phone in 4/24, a month later it started acting up. It wouldn't hold a charge for more than 8 hours even after shutting down every app the phone would let me close and not even using it. It took over three hours to fast charge it to 100% from a 30% charge and then it stopped charging from a cable at all. They replaced the phone (to their credit). 2/25 it started having major issues with not turning on, refusing to charge all the way, telling me it was down to 20% charge but when I plugged it in it would say it had 60%. Randomly turning itself off and refusing to restart. The seller had me trying all kinds of things to fix the problem on my own while weeks later the warranty was expiring (to their credit they do have a one year warranty, way more than most). I'm not holding out much hope that the replacement will last very long either. I would really prefer to have my money back.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
