The seller sent me the wrong phone, and then told me they had mixed up the labels. The phone I was supposed to receive was sent to another customer. Instead of a black 13 Pro, he sent me a white 13 Pro. I was told it had the same specs as the other one, so I decided to keep it. However, it turned out the condition was good instead of mint, and the phone was really dirty. There was some miscommunication. I sent many messages to the seller, and we sorted things out, and I got my refund.

Shipping and communication was very fast, though communicating seemed sketchy at times. When I received the phone it was in the condition described, and the seller included a case, screen protector, charging brick (Samsung brand), and USB-C to C cord. I am very pleased by this seller. Only main downside was that the phone was not reset when I turned it on, so I had to reset it myself, but it only took a minute to initiate the reset. Would recommend!
