I received the IPad Mini 4 and it was in mint condition. I tried charging it up and initially it wouldn't charge & I thought it might have been the cable. As it turns out, it wasn't charging because the iPad had been sitting on my porch in cold weather. Tech Supply verified that their cables are tested and made sure that I was using a charger that had adequate voltage. Excellent service!!!
