Exactly as expected

I have sold on Swappa a few times, but this was my first purchase. After placing the order, I noticed a typo in my address (my fault for multitasking) and immediately contacted the seller. Initially, their response was dismissive:

Hello Thomas,

Unfortunately, we are not permitted to modify or change the shipping address. Once an order is placed on Swappa. The package will be shipped to the address provided during the Swappa checkout process.

However, when the seller realized they no longer had the color I ordered in stock, their tone shifted:

Hello Thomas,

We will change the apartment number as you've requested, since you've used the incorrect apartment number while completing the Swappa checkout process. We also wanted to confirm that we'll be shipping the Silver color for this model, since the Gray color was sold out and did not receive the correct website update. All other specifications and conditions will remain the same.

Device as described. Shipping was delayed but seller followed up timely on inquiries.

The iPad I received has a pretty noticeable patch where the light is coming through quite a bit brighter than the rest of it. Other listings of iPads from the same seller had notices of this type of flaw in the listing information, but this one did not (which played a role in my selection of it), so I was surprised and disappointed to see it there, which is the reason I'm marking this rating neutral. Otherwise it's functional and in good condition, but as I'm using it mainly for drawing it's kind of a bummer because the flaw is pretty noticeable. Unfortunate but understandable when you're dealing with so much volume I guess. No complaints with shipping; it was a bit on the slower side (ordered Dec 1, arrived Dec 10, but I'm across the country and in the mountains), but came very well packaged, happy with that part.
