Significant scratches and dents on the phone, including some very noticeable scratches on the screen. I would have classed the phone as fair, not good. Not worth it to ship the phone out and get a replacement however. Time constraints and need a phone.

Got exactly what was stated but even better than i expected

Will buy from this seller again. I ordered my phone on a friday around 2 am and received my package early tuesday.. It came in much better condition than i expected. My package included the iphone 5c pink 16 gb , a box piece , and a usb cable. It also included a screen protector and case as a bonus. Loveeeeeee it!

J&R Mobile World fulfilled an order through Swappa.com. J&R was delivered a "mint" condition used phone as advertised. The phone had one minor operational issue but did a truly tremendous job of allowing me to return the phone and purchase a different phone. Their customer service and help through emails was timely and complete.

I will plan to purchase more used phones through Swappa.com and J&R Mobile World. This is a great service and I am very pleased to have found it.

I ended up returning the device because it didn't work with my service provider but that wasn't the fault of the seller. They were very nice and offered a prompt refund.
