Smooth and fast shipping.

Took awhile to be able to finalize everything. The charge port in phone didn't work. I had to send phone back. They did fix it and sent it back to me. My only complaint is there was no phone number to call and talk to someone. It was all handled through email. Probably could have remedied everything quicker with phone calls. It took 24 hrs for a reply from each email.

The GOOD: Phone rated fair really was beautiful. Email replies nice & quick. The BAD: J&R Mobile World sent the wrong phone so I had to wait for a refund. The UGLY: J&R Mobile World didn't pay shipping reimbursement. I surmise that it doesn't happen much and that's why they haven't thought about such a scenario. I think I just got lost in the shuffle on a busy week or something. In the end everything worked out so they're ok.

The phone itself is fine; it works well and appears to be in good working order. However, the packaging was woefully insufficient for such a fragile, expensive product. I received the phone in a soft envelope instead of a box. I suggest a box for shipping to prevent damage while in transit.

Phone condition was as advertised. Phone was delivered earlier than expected which is a plus. Phone worked right out of the box.

The phone was in retailer demo mode with a broke battery door. Neither issue was in the description. The seller responded fast after contact about the issues. The seller was courteous and offered either a small refund and a replacement part, swap for another phone (different color), or a full refund. Since I was looking for the particular color I opted for the refund. The seller was quick to refund the money when the phone was received.
